1Title + app name

A short, memorable name and a one-line description.

2The problem

Describe it so we FEEL it. Who suffers? How often? What does it cost them (time, money, stress)?

3Who is affected — and how many?

Count level by level: my school/village → district → country. Real, honest numbers.

4Your AI solution — what the user sees

Walk us through it like a story: the user opens the app, then what happens?

5How the AI part works

Which superpower (seeing / reading & writing / predicting / recommending)? What data does it learn from, and where does that data come from?

6Feasibility — why it CAN be built

What existing tools/technology make this possible today? What would a small team need?

7Cost — to build AND to run

Rough numbers are fine. End with the golden sentence: "the value beats the cost because…"

8What makes us different

Your positioning one-liner: "For (who) who (problem), (name) is a (what) that (unique thing)." Name one similar product and say your edge over it.

9Expected impact + who might pay

One strong impact sentence with a number in it, and one sensible sentence about who could pay (user? parents? a shop? ads? the government?).

FCII self-test — how balanced is your idea? 💎

Score your idea honestly on each question. A great idea makes a big, balanced gem — a weak corner makes it lopsided. That weak corner is what to fix before you submit.

Two students, similar ideas? Both can still score full innovation marks — that mark is for your edge and positioning, not for being the only one with the idea. (Remember Coke vs Pepsi.)
